phwind Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phwind," "we," "us," or "our" refers to phwind and its affiliated operating entities that provide the phwind platform and services accessible at phwind.net.
• "Platform" means the phwind website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and content available at phwind.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a phwind account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the phwind Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited PHP funds held in your phwind wallet that are available for gameplay and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process phwind is required to conduct under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body overseeing gaming regulations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gaming services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing or using the phwind Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phwind's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the phwind Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the phwind Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access and use the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phwind or any of its affiliated game providers or suppliers.

phwind reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

To access the full features of the phwind Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• Each individual may register only one phwind account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your phwind account and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your phwind account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phwind immediately at [email protected].
• phwind is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

phwind employs SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor OTP authentication, and session management controls to protect your account. However, the security of your phwind account also depends on the precautions you take on your own device and network.

All deposits to your phwind account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• phwind accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• phwind does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for gameplay for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review.
• phwind reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your phwind Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• You must successfully complete phwind's KYC identity and age verification process before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your verified phwind account identity. phwind does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• phwind reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before processing.
• phwind reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request that it reasonably believes is connected to fraudulent conduct or a violation of these Terms.

phwind offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all phwind bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet per round, and bonus expiry dates are specified in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• phwind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account termination.
• phwind's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering compliance, and related disputes are final.

All games offered on the phwind Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are made available within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game results on phwind are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing or spinning in a studio environment. phwind does not manipulate game outcomes.
• phwind is not responsible for any interruption, disconnection, or failure of a game session caused by your internet connection, device, or browser. In the event of a confirmed technical fault on phwind's side, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. phwind does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse bets after they have been confirmed within the game system, except in the case of an acknowledged technical error.
• phwind reserves the right to void any bet or winnings that result from a technical malfunction, pricing error, or obvious system fault, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply and are disclosed within the individual game interface or help section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwind Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one phwind account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that could reasonably be construed as money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including a minor.
• Any conduct that phwind reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable Philippine law.

By using the phwind Platform, you consent to phwind processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

phwind does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and game studios) and with regulatory bodies where required by Philippine law.

All content on the phwind Platform — including but not limited to the phwind brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwind or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwind Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phwind content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on phwind content or software.
• Use phwind's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwind, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the phwind Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game sessions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions taken by phwind in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the phwind Platform.

The phwind Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwind makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may close your phwind account at any time by contacting Player Support at [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.
• By phwind: phwind reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phwind determines that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud, phwind reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the affected account.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the phwind Platform, or your use of any phwind services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phwind operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any regulatory matters related to phwind's operations may be directed to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

phwind reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwind will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phwind Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
